In our customer's words "My boiler failed on a freezing Sunday - no heat or hot water for 24 hours. Having seen the Which? Trusted Traders logo on their van I telephoned Divine Water at 9.20am and Richard came at 12 noon. Now all is well, and I am so grateful for the courteous and prompt service. Knowing they had your seal of approval was very reassuring, and especially when you are alone and elderly. Full marks!"

Our Thoughts on the job.
Being cold is uncomfortable, unpleasant and unhealthy. Being left in the cold for a minute longer than necessary just isn't fair on the customer, so making strenuous efforts to get people warm again is of vital importance. Heating repairs are always given the highest priority in the winter months.
